Dispute resolution

Our services are directed exclusively at businesses (Unternehmer). We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle). The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued with effect from 20 July 2025.
